1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReplyStar.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyStar.ai provides AI-powered review response generation for businesses. The Service generates suggested text responses based on customer reviews you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated responses before posting them publicly.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.

4. Usage and Billing

• Free plan: 5 AI-generated responses per calendar month.
• Starter plan ($19/month): 150 responses per calendar month.
• Pro plan ($39/month): Unlimited responses.
• Usage counters reset on the 1st of each month.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. All prices are in USD.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without authorization.
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service.
• Submit content that violates any applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated responses are provided for your use. You retain ownership of the review texts you submit. ReplyStar does not claim ownership over generated responses — you are free to use, edit, and publish them as you see fit.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing all content before posting publicly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyStar.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
